do diversity programs care
if you already have an IB internship lined up? Say I have a sophomore internship at a MM bank for this summer but want to do a diversity program to line something up for Junior summer (next summer) at a better bank. I haven't completed the sophomore internship yet so should I just leave that off my resume? Does it hurt to have that on?
Are they looking for candidates who have nothing lined up?
