Do I need to network at a target?
Get that networking is advantageous but is it really necessary if you go to a target, have the experience, and a 3.7+ gpa?
Obviously wouldn't hurt, but is it really necessary?

Not really, but it doesn’t hurt. You don’t NEED to though, coming from a target with a 3.7. Somewhere will give you interviews then it’s up to you to sell.
