Do I need to network for diversity insight programs?
I'll have a relatively strong resume (a brand name internship, rigorous endowment equity research, 3 leadership roles) but I'll also be coming from a non-target.
I was planning to network in winter with IB club alumni in preparation for February-March superdays.
Just wondering if non-target affects the likelihood of getting diversity interviews or converting them, since these programs are still very selective. But these programs are also supposed to provide you with the network and knowledge of the bank, so I may be thinking out of order.
