Does an MBA make sense for me?

Hey guys, so im currently 23 working as an FP&A analyst in a bank CFO rotational program. I graduated from Umich with a <3.0 gpa, but was able to land a job through my internship.

I’m looking to break into IB, but I’m not sure if lateraling to an analyst position is possible. I’m still pretty early in my career so I’m not sure if I should just wait it out and try recruiting again through an MBA.

I’ll be finishing my rotational program at the end of 2025 giving me 2 years of experience. When should I aim to apply?
