I work in REPE, and this past week I've gotten 3 LinkedIn connection invites to see if I am interested in joining their firm/start ups. The problem is they are all in health care... The jobs are all venture jobs, so we both invest I guess, but why do recruiters from HR/headhunters even go after people in different industries? Are they just mass emailing randos?
