Does being a transfer student impact your ability to get a good IB offer.

Currently attend a decent state school, and am looking to transfer to northeastern, GU, UVA, as a junior. Will this have a negative impact on my reputation in the eyes of recruiters (or my future employers as I’m aware that Wall Street cares a lot about prestige)?

I’m a freshman in college with a 3.9 gpa rn but I figured that because my gpa wasn’t the highest in high school (3.6 unweighted), that transfer admissions would look past it easier if I transferred later on in my college career. Do you think that I can still get into decent semi targets if I transfer as a sophomore even though I would have less than a year in college grades?
