If I'm Jewish does this help with IBD networking? (given the high number of Jewish people on Wall Street)
I always hear about URMs getting help with recruiting, but is there any sort of networking advantage for Jews?

Doubt it, there are already a ton of Jewish kids applying for these jobs. You won't stand out with that factor alone.

Banking is far less Jewish than it used to be. No one cares about your background. All they care about is do they like you, do they trust you, and can you produce.
