Does Recruiting need to Change?
Specifically with networking. I can't imagine getting 100 emails a day with X Student Interested in Y is very fun. On the other side of the fence, sending out equally as many emails a day isn't great as well.
In the UK networking doesn't really help but the downside is recruiting is very random as thousands of people simply apply online
