Don't Know What to Do
This recruitment cycle was brutal. I made it to a number of superdays but nothing came out of it.
I was also networking a bunch with this one group but I did not receive an interview.
What should my next steps be? Should I take a gap year and re-recruit FT when the market is hopefully better?
