Don’t know what to do

100s of emails and networking calls, applications. Been through interview processes where I thought everything went well but ended up with no offer to show for it. I'm a sophomore at a non-target and I'm non-diversity. I knew this wasn't going to be easy but I feel like I've done everything right. I have a signed offer for Corpfin this summer at a large bank, prev deal experience in PE and VC as a sophomore and have been networking since I got to college. I really thought if I put in all the time and effort I would for sure have an offer by now. I feel like I've wasted all my time at these unpaid internships in order to get experience and build a network that ultimately amounted to nothing. Has anyone been in a similar situation and been able to get out of it? My only options are to try to lateral my Corpfin -> IB SA at a very low ranking bank then re-recruit full time at a BB / EB but even that seems so unlikely. Any and all advice is appreciated.
