Double account for applications - will offer get rescinded?

Hello,

I have received an offer for a SA stint at a bank that does not allow more than one application per recruitment season. I had however created another account before this, also under my name, and applied to the same place and forgot about it. Now that I have received my offer, I have deactivated the previous account and made sure to change its name beforehand. How likely it is that it will come up during background checks? Any action I could take to make it less likely for them to find out? I have been told background checks only go through credit/criminal record and not through those things - plus don't think they could really prove it was me if I changed the name and deactivated the account (should be out of their systems?)

Any help is appreciated.
