Drug test for thc at bank in nyc?
Have to do a pre employment drug test for a BB. Nyc law prohibits testing for thc under pre employment but it says I have to do a non dot panel 5. Wondering if banks are considered federal contractors and exempted by this law. Can anyone confirm if thc is tested for at banks in nyc?
