Great advice on this forum. Am currently interviewing for a couple of roles out in Dubai, and (fingers-crossed) ought to reach the comp negotiation stage soon. I know that a few years ago multiple allowances / stipends were the norm in Dubai - is this still the case? Given the expensive rents, I presume housing allowances are still part of the standard package?
