I'm a sophomore at a non-target, mid-GPA, and not much finance-related experience. I applied to some sophomore IB programs but haven't heard back from any of them. I do have a first-round with an asset management firm, but that's the only place I've gotten an interview. What are some other things I can apply for that would help me in IB recruiting?
