Eastern European Student -> IB in the West?

Hi, I have a quick question and I thought this might be the proper place where I can address it. I've never read of a similar issue being addressed before.

What are the chances for someone who finished a BSc/BA say Finance/Economics in this part of the world, to get an internship or analyst role at an IB at a BB? What about a MM IB or a boutique?

Is it only possible with a top MBA?

As far as I know, there is a handful of IB's here, all boutique + Big 4 presence with Corporate Finance roles (Deloitte and the likes) and I would for sure manage to get internships and entry positions, however, I'm not sure how much this would count on my CV.

A few details about myself, I'm in my senior HS year in Romania, I just need to know if I'd have a realistic chance before, so I don't bother wasting years studying those degrees. And just before someone says ' study abroad ', let's say this isn't possible or not possible at a target uni.

Cheers.
