Hello,Given the fact that some or many analysts are either leaving soon in 2022 or leaving next summer in 2023, do you have any indication internally that your firms will be looking to recruit for lateral analysts? Some EB may have HHs recruit for them so it is hard to find out. If so, I would like to know so I can prepare myself well in advance and start to reach out to people to network. Thank you!

Thank you for the question. I am interested in EBs that focus on tech and software so I am targeting Evercore for now. Qatalyst seems like they don't recruit ever or people don't take Networking emails seriously. Perhaps they use HHs. I just speculate here.
