Emailing an interviewer again for feedback one week after asking for feedback after rejection?

Made it to final round of target company and interview went seemingly incredible.

Two weeks later, got the rejection update on the application status. I emailed the person I interviewed with for feedback and didn't get a response. Can I send a follow up to the email asking for feedback, asking for feedback again before cutting losses?

The interview and their parting comments went so well I genuinely am curious, but part of me also wants to send it as a 'f you' just to remind them that I wanted an explanation.

I would be stunned if they answered, WAY too much liability. I'm sure they're explicitly instructed not to provide feedback outside of HR channels.

I've been asked before, from a person I actually thought would be a good fit, forwarded to my HR and ignored it. The response from my HR was that it was a highly inappropriate question, so I would imagine it resulted in an even further ding.

I would just cut your losses.
