Emailing Internally
What's up guys. I'm about to start an internship this week, but I'm not super excited about the group I'm assigned to. If I want to talk with other people in the company should I use my personal email to reach out to them or would I get better responses if I use the email they set up for me? Also, how long should I wait to start reaching out to people so it doesn't look like I gave up on the group before I started?
LinkedIn is the way to go
i dont see why using your work email wouldnt help. obviously dont tell the person you want to switch groups asap
reach out under the context of being curious and excited to learn about the various product groups in your firm
