ER associate offers - Quality of senior analyst vs Bank reputation

Hey guys,

Long time lurker here. I am currently lucky enough to be considering two ER offers. One is at a BB, the other at a MM. My question to you is what should someone value more in considering an entry level ER position, the quality and reputation of the senior analyst, or the quality and reputation of the firm?

My thinking now is that the BB would provide better exit ops due to the name, and has greater associate development resources. The MM has a weaker research department overall, but I would be working for a II ranked analyst.

I greatly appreciate the generosity of wise monkey wisdom on this matter.

Many thanks
