I have made it to the 2nd round of the EY Interview. What can I expect from this interview session, it is an office visit. Its about 4 to 5 hours
Tax Intern
2 or so behavioral interviews, presentation, and mostly trying to intermingle with current employees (ie. lunch/dinner). There will probably be tons of kids there, so group activities.
AspiringInvestor pretty much nailed it. They mostly want to see how you fit with the current EYers. Once you're done with the office visit they will get feedback from all the people you had meaningful conversations with to see if they more or less liked you. Just focus on coming across as eager to learn and open to all the different opportunities within the firm. Firms love that kind of stuff.
I'm assuming this is for BAP, right? I have the same thing coming up for me, does anybody know about a case aspect for this?
