Ex pre-med help

I'm a junior from an Ivy-league who was premed until now and my work experience is all clinical research right now, though I have a number of leadership experiences from school extracurriculars and nonprofit volunteering. I'm adding a second major in CS in addition to my studies in Biology and am aiming for an internship in tech, although I won't rule other fields out of the question (hence why I asked this question on WSO and not elsewhere like quora)

my GPA is currently a 3.45 so I'm a tad under the 3.5 mark I hear about. Is the 3.5 mark only for IB? (Have no interest in IB anyway) Or would it be not out of the question for me to work in other divisions for bigger names?
