Exit Opps From Silicon Valley

Haven't found any posts on what exit opps are like from Silicon Valley. Not sure if there's a unique angle to it, but would appreciate any thoughts or advice from the WSO community..

I've been working in SV for 8 years now, in a subset of healthcare companies (software, med device; 100MM -> +10B market cap), doing a variety of roles (corporate development, commercial strategy, marketing, product, etc..), with previous experience in healthcare IB.

Getting a little tired of the SV lifestyle: always on to the next idea, then drop it like a hot cake... high turnover with c-suite leaders (<2 years)...  acquire and integrate tech for the sake of it being "sexy" but actually not fitting well to core strategy/product offering...

With a variety of roles and a tech background in a pressure cooker environment, I was thinking exits could still be tech 'focused' but out of SV, like pe ops (longer investment horizon), corporate strategy, or maybe chief of staff?
