Failed 4 internships. Now I have a new chance. Any advice?

I have an internship offer to join a small IB team focused on infrastructure, power & util. Previously, I had internships in M&A, real estate, project finance, and renewables PE. None of them converted to full time and I left each of them on bad terms with the team there. I'm very hesitant to accept my offer now, because I feel like it will just be added to that list of failures.

The failure itself in each case varied on what exactly made it so. Some parts still are the same and I'm trying my best to identify them so I can come up with solutions.

  1. I just get mentally lazy and foggy when under pressure. When I'm tasked with complex things, my mind shuts down and it leads to embarrassing mistakes because my attention to details becomes a disaster. It literally becomes harder to physically move my head when dealing with complex stuff. I feel the need to nap after going through a slightly hard task
  2. I have a hard time adjusting to the complexity of the real world. Even though I did study modelling at school, none of it comes close to the real world. I'm not saying it's the school's fault, I just cant find proper resources that could teach me A-Z real world infrastructure models
  3. I'm borderline autistic. Idk what it is about me, I just never click with people. I never made friends at school and I cant act "normal" around people. I could feel it that people are ignoring me because of it

These are typically the issues that led me to failure every time. I don't want to go through the same pain again. I know I am not dumb, I just need to change some things fundamentally. Starting with my physical health - I realised I had deficiencies in multiple vitamins and minerals and the blood in my brain doesn't have enough oxygen, so I will soon start some medications and supplements. Aside from that, idk how to just be better.
