Failed to get Junior Summer SA. Now what?

Basically the subject line and my username. Rising junior at a top target in US with previous Big 4 experience. I have good experience and on-campus leadership compared to successful peers.

Have found the F-1 visa to be very hard to work through (potential companies/locations to apply to is more than halved).

Low GPA due to medical reasons in freshman year, did not course-correct fast enough sophomore year, stuck at 3.2.

Looking into MBB consulting (anything below MBB doesn't sponsor iinm) but low hopes there as well. Considering back office -> front office transition but BBs don't sponsor for anything other than front office, and barely any EBs sponsor anyways.

At this point, beggars can't be choosers, so completely agnostic to position and location, just need something that keeps me around and in the game and sets me on a collision course with my peers down the line.

Would appreciate any advice from people in the industry or who have been in the same boat, as I know I would do well in IB, but have really screwed up the past two years.
