Filling positions after return offers are handed out
Am wondering what the return offers (%) are in general for SA in both IB and S&T. How do BB fill the other positions for FT? Is it mainly through laterals rom BB/EB/MB that have not received returning offers or do they also hire others with different backgrounds/experiences.
