Final Interview without Phone Interview
I was just wondering if this was odd. BB called me up (sort of lateral not completely) and wants to fly me out (out of state) next week for an interview that I was told would only be about 1.5 hours. Is this normal or does it mean that they are possibly desperate to fill a position or could it even be possible that this isnt a final interview and actually just one of the rounds? All my other interviews have been superdays and have had 1-2 phone interview previous to being flow out
Initial interviews are for screening out those are are unqualified. Laterals are almost always qualified, so they just want to see if you're a culture fit.
