Final Round - You vs. Someone Else - What Do You Do?
If you are applying for a job, it's been a while since your final round interview, and you hear that they are deciding between you and another applicant, what do you do?
Just sit tight, or call them up and see what reservations they have about hiring you?
don't see any harm in calling them up or replying that email and just asking quickly, what is your fear / what do you see as the downside of doing so?
I usually find out who I'm competing with and slip some cyanide in to his water supply.
