First year in IB second thoughts

So I just started my first year as an analyst and about to complete 10 weeks on the desk. The shop is pretty sweaty(expected to be in 100hrs week even without work) and i’m starting to regret my decision. Did anyone else experience this starting out? I feel like all I do is just slow everyone down and can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. With that being said, I may want to look at other opportunities in finance that have better WLB but still making 80k+. Anyone have advice here? Also this is Houston Energy banking at a top shop.
