Friday Superday turn around time?

(SA 2023). I had a Superday last Friday(4/8) at a BB that ended at 4:30pm. I still haven't heard back. I heard Friday Superdays can sometimes take longer to hear back because of the weekend. At what point this week should I reach out to HR? I also wasn't given an expected time to hear back at the end of the Superday. Thanks

They could either tell you day of or a few business days later. At this point I would assume that you didn’t get the offer and try to land something somewhere else. You could be on a shortlist of people that can potentially get an offer of their top picks end up rejecting. You never know. They could always not even tell you that you didn’t get the offer.

When should I consider emailing HR considering the interview was Friday?

Ok. I never heard from HR telling me when I would hear back. Was I supposed to?

Not really. I have gotten offers the same day of interview (EB) and almost 6 weeks after interview (BB). It all depends, but the longer it has been since the interview the safer it is to assume that you didn’t get it.

You should usually hear back by today if you are one of their top picks. Follow-up at the end of this week or early next week with HR/your warm connections if you want, but I doubt that would make a difference except they might explicitly tell you you are waitlisted.
