How difficult is it to get a FT IBD position if you don't intern at a specific bank. For instance I've secured an internship at Heidrick & Struggles(which is a Head Hunting firm), but I'm not sure if I want to work there full time and wonder if I could use that internship to beef up my resume and get into IBD this fall.
Any advice!?!?

If it's a publicly traded company then you can just search for him on bloomberg and it should tell you their comp
