FT Recruiting 2023 Advice
Interning at large bank (non BB) and have received on track for offer this week.
However, I want to rerecruit to a BB/UMM and industry coverage in C&R, which I find more interesting.
I’ve been trying to network with alum from my semi target and honestly they haven’t been the most helpful and they work in groups I have no interest in. Only advice I’ve gotten is to get my offer.
Does anyone have any tips to networking and cold emailing to get first round interviews when FT recruiting rolls around? Or should I just pray I get looks when applications open at the start of august?
