FT Recruiting Advice

Does anyone have experience with recruiting for FT straight out of undergrad? The firm I'll be working at this summer doesn't traditionally give return offers so I wanted to prepare myself for FT recruiting processes. For context, I'm at a target school and my role will be in PE this summer, but I'm looking to recruit for IB and PE. I'm looking to understand best practices in terms of networking and interview preparation, timelines and what to expect in general. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
