FT Recruiting: Consulting to Banking - What is the outlook?? What's going on????
Hi all,
I am a current first year consultant who wants to break into IB and had heard that banks were hiring non-traditional people to fill roles and were on hiring sprees. However, all conversations I had have come to a halt and was wondering if anyone could provide insight if banking staffing has normalized and if there will be a big shortage soon (due to bonuses)?
