FT Recruiting During Summer and Return Offer Help
Going to be doing a SA stint at a solid MM bank this summer. Wanting to know what specific things I can do to first maximize the opportunity and gain the return offer. And next how I should be tackling FT recruiting to either land at a better bank or have a back up in case things go south. All advice is appreciated.
