Full-Time Conversion Rates Summer 2022

Let’s get a thread started with full-time offer rates

My group just gave full-time offers today, stats below (combined analyst and associate interns):

Type: MM
Group: Coverage
Interns: 12
Offers: 11
Rate: 92%

Note: We were ready to hand out offers to everyone but one of them was just a big-time slacker.

25% feels low… happened a few years ago in my group due to headcount. We ended up offering a few additional interns a month after, sucks man but not uncommon. PM me for details

Firm: Jefferies

Offers: 1
Rate: 25%

Note: We were ready to hand out offers to everyone going into summer but HQ came in and limited the number of offers we could give to one. All of us juniors in the group are pissed right now.

Odds this is probably one of the three interns in that group?

“the juniors in the group are pissed right now” is sus

I was one of the lucky ones here. Kind of luck of the draw and a bit of bullshit if you ask me. Guess we could blame “market conditions” but on the group I interned with, we could use more people so I see it as a fuck up. Then again, just an intern so what do I know.
