full-time job offers comparison, plz help!!

Hey, I recently received two job offers and need some advice for comparison. Any answers are much appreciated and welcomed.

The first one is an entry-level position inside a MM NYC investment bank within the venture capital group, it is highly commission based. I had already interned in this firm for couple months. The contract is for a year or so. Highly competitive, male environment, tons of pressure.

The second ons is a management trainee position at private banking sector in Hong Kong, it seems to have less pressure compared to a VC(selling side) job in NYC. The contract is permanent and the salary is fixed with slight bonus at year end.

Which one should I go for? NYC or HK? Private banking or VC? I am female and Chinese/English bilingual btw. Thanks a lot.
