Full time recruiting after graduating?!

Hey guys, really need some clarification here since I haven't seen any clear answers on this after digging around for a bit. Basically, I have a 25SA position rn, but I also intend on graduating in 25 Spring, which I've discussed with the firm and they said it would not a problem on their end. However, I'm also interested in full-time recruiting for 2026, but I would have graduated from school by then, so I was wondering if that'll be a problem. I could also delay my graduation by a quarter if I have to, but that isn't really something I want to do unless it's absolutely necessary. Would really appreciate any help at all!

I'd just delay graduation. That way, you won't have to worry about being "ineligible" for any of the FT hiring roles (some places might be strict about this and might tell you to apply to the experienced hire roles), and less explaining you'll have to do on networking calls since I guarantee a lot of people you'll chat with will be confused about your situation. Whether or not this would actually hurt your candidacy, I'm not sure, but it certainly won't help.

Stay in school. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot over 25k. Hopefully it will be a rounding error for you soon
