What is the question? You have been offered a place at an elite boutique in their IBD and want to work in PE afterwards. Furthermore, your other option is in Risk Mgmt..
Both are great man, but if you are considering PE/other gigs in finance, I'd be tempted to take the elite boutique offer.
Much more optionality.
