Getting into Investment Banking after Teach for America
Howdy all,
Came looking for career advice. I graduated from Princeton in 2021, and did Teach for America right out of college. I have since stayed in education another two years (where I made department head for my subject area and still coach). Is it too late for me to get in as an IB analyst? I have been cold emailing folks at the major banks in my nearest major city (Houston) for the last few weeks.
Am I just going to need an MBA at this point? Did I start cold emailing too late? Any strategy advice appreciated.
