Getting Rejected from Diversity Programs

I've been getting rejected from diversity ib programs left and right which has me worried for recruiting this semester. Should I be worried about this, or is this no indication of my chances for investment banking recruiting this semester?

Diversity programs are pretty competitive, but regular cycle recruiting is even more competitive, so you should definitely be looking at your resume closely to figure out what the issue is. Is your GPA low, do your bullet points suck, no finance experience? Are you networking?

Recommend you redact your personal/identifying info out and post your resume on here if you can't figure out what the problem is

Most of the time you can set notification for companies on handshake to be alerted when they post Diversity apps or SA apps. That's what I usually do. Also, visit the student careers section of every firm you are thinking of applying to either everyday or every other day. These diversity programs are posted pretty sporadically throughout the Spring. As an extra way, follow their LinkedIn pages!! This has been huge for me for staying on top of application openings. Also if you are in MLT/SEO they send out newsletters with these programs listed. Hope this helps!
