Ghosted during interview process?

Currently recruiting for off cycle IB internship at LMM firm. Emailed my resume + cover letter to recruiter, got invited to take IB technical test and some sort of IQ test, then had a call with recruiter and was told I would head over to the last round with a higher up. It’s been a week since I first emailed the recruiter to schedule the last round and followed up Monday. No response yet. Am I getting ghosted? On paper I’m probably a worse candidate compared to other applicants, but I’ve made it past a few hurdles already. Any suggestions on next steps other than waiting? Thanks
