Global Banking Training. Any thoughts on this training program?

Im planing on going to this program which takes place in June and its based in London. It is a 4 week training (modeling and valuation) and a 4 week internship in an Investment bank M&A division. The reason i'm posting this topic is because i want to hear your opinions on this program and maybe some of you attended it, if so I want to hear some insights and your opinions on the program. I want to attend this because I come from a non target school (outside my country) and I want to brush up my skills. I think it will help for my job hunting in the future, because I will have some actual work experience what do you guys think?

P.S. I didn't find any topic related to this program on the forum, if there is already a discussion maybe someone can redirect me to it.

Thanks

Did you attend the programme? What did you make of it?

EDIT: Thought you posted it in 2013. My bad. I was also thinking of the programme.

so has anyone of you attended this program? What do you think of it? I'm still a bit confused about what it really is, is it like a course or something real that can be counted as work experience?

Hi, I am planning on a similar route, however I am doubts about the ability to secure any work after the course. I mean, does it not look better if you gain an internship with an actual investment Bank? Does anyone know anyone who has been on the course and secured a position within the industry after?

Hello I am currently thinking about participating in the program, but I am having a hard time finding any useful information on the program. @"linika36" Did you participate in the program? Are you currently participating? Are you finding it helpful?

Did anyone end up taking it?

I wish i could shove my dick so far up your dick that it creates a gaping vagina, because that's who you are. Just tell them that you're a ginormous douche-canoe with a gaping vagina. They'll understand.

This is a very very bad company! i just finished the 2016 July analyst program, the experience is so bad, no feedbacks from instructor, no workshop for the online student. They simply send you the recording video and you have to learn it by yourself. Please don't waste your money on this company especially as a poor graduate student. Spend your money wisely!

Never, ever pay for an internship. I am not familiar with the particular program you mentioned, but any place in which you are essentially paying for work and experience sound like an immediate turn off.

This. Even if it is legit, it probably wouldn't look very good to whoever looks at your resume in the future. I can't imagine what potential recruiters would think if they did a quick google search and found that you actually paid for work experience.

I'd be impressed by your grit and determination. If you pay for a dinner, that makes you a chef, right?
