Has anyone ever applied for a position on GoBuyside and then also applied for the same role directly on the hiring firm’s website and/or sent cold emails to people at the hiring firm? I was considering doing these follow ups to increase my chances, but not sure if this is something GoBuyside frowns upon (or has a huge problem with). Ultimately, I have applied through GoBuyside so I don't think they should perceive it as "going around" them.
