someone posted about this earlier..here is the link they provided...its not for any front office roles...just back office divisions will be there...as listed on the flyer. Im sure it will be a little bit easier since you will probably only be competing with the applicants pool in attendance.

Goldman Sachs is hosting its 2012 Federation Diversity and Women's Conference and is inviting applicants for a two day event (first day informational session and second day summer analyst interviews).
Has anyone attended this event previously? Any advice or recommendations?
Only women attend, and I know GS is looking to increase the number of women, is it more likely to receive a summer analyst position through this route?
Just a note, I believe Goldman refers to its internal operations as "The Federation" . Thus these jobs are likely to be for HR, internal accounting, IT, treasury, etc.
