I worked with BMOCM when I was doing edtech corp dev. There bankers know there shit an have a small office feel with a good collegiate culture. BMO may help your resume more as they have great deal flow in CA, you can always say you worked on cross-boarder deals with America Jr.
Are you referring to the Technology Group or the Technology Services group at Raymond James? The two are separate and distinct industry groups with very different cultures / hours.
I believe Boston is mostly comprised of the Technology Services group (there may be one or two Technology Bankers also in Boston though)...
I interviewed with Ray Jay Tech Services in Boston for a summer analyst position a year ago, so my perspective would be a bit different than yours but I hope it helps nonetheless. They all talked about how the group was crushing it, and that seemed pretty genuine. Culture seemed on the frattier side, and the people in the office seemed very close and friendly with each other. They recruit realllllllly heavily out of UMich, t seemed like a quarter of the people in the Boston office went to undergrad there if that gives you any indication of the personalities working there. I remember talking to some of the analysts who mentioned that the senior bankers were really supportive of them trying to leave for PE and were willing to go to bat for them when it came to references. I know that that probably isn't relevant for you, but it might give you an idea of the general culture there.

Which offices does RayJay do tech out of? And which particular city are your potential offers based in?
I am talking with Raymond James tech right now and I can at least confirm that it is their San Francisco office.
Both Tech Groups that I'm talking to are in Boston.

Thanks raj, that's helpful. Anyone have any info on RayJay's Tech IB group, specifically in Boston?

Yes this would be Technology Services Group, based in Boston. Do you have any insight into that group?
