Good luck after interview?
What is the meaning Gook Luck after all interview questions are done? S/he said I know it's tough, but good luck on your recruiting blah blah. Does it mean that I might not pass # round interview?
I got the same response and thought the same thing that I was no longer being considered, but ended up getting an offer a few days later
I think it's an off-the-cuff comment so you shouldn't think about it too much. I heard it a few times both when I did and didn't move forward, including from the fund that ultimately offered me. If I had to analyze it, I'd say it means you showed well enough, but the interview process is difficult and highly subjective, so the ultimate decision could swing either way.
Means nothing. I often say it to end any interview, good or bad.
