Good Sophomore Internships for IB in Phoenix Area
Hello All,
I am currently a freshman trying to break into IB from a non-target university. Phoenix is an area I have traveled to before, and I hope to move down there next summer for a potential internship. Coming from a non-target school, I need to have relevant experience to even have a chance to get into the industry. While I do have an internship locked up for this summer at the FDIC, I know I will need something more relevant to IB on my resume to make me a stronger candidate. Are there any internships that you all recommend I should pursue in the Phoenix/surrounding area that would be relevant to IB? I would appreciate any recommendations.

Dinan & Compaany - LMM IB, mainly buyside with some sell side, paid
Martinwolf M&A Advisors - LMM Tech IB (Focused on IT), Unpaid?
Montage Partners - LMM PE, Family office w/ like 100m in funds, Unpaid
Alerion Capital - LMM Technology PE, Not sure if paid
Grayhawk Capital - VC, 200m AUM - Paid
Clear Creek Capital - LMM PE - Not Sure if they take interns.
Najafi Companies - Large Family Office, No clue if they take interns
