GPA for non-target EB recruiting

Hey, I've seen a few threads on the topic for gpas in general for IB recruiting. I haven't seen anything specifically for non targets/state school kids that want to aim for an EB. I've heard for targets anything from 3.6 - 4.0 is fine: anyone have input for non targets?

Hypothetically, let's say my friend has a 3 74 where would that put them?

Interesting. Currently have summer and a off-cycle (fall semester) deal sourcing internships and exec roles (tech and finance clubs).Do you think I can network my way in or can I atleast aim for BBs?

Honest question. With how early recruiting is now, what makes for an “impressive” resume? Obvi this may be subjective but I’m just curious
