GPA/Internship
I know both are important, but what would you give a bit more weight on? I do realize application is a whole package. Curious what do recruiters really look at. And what is the usual GPA cutoff for BB and EBs?

There's no easy answer. Ultimately GPA needs to be high enough to pass a cutoff and then you need to be able to articulate your story/why. If you have relevent internship experience that story becomes much more believable...
So what's the usual cutoff. I heard it's a 3.5?
