Graduate/MBA LDP & FLDP Recruiting

Hi All,

I have been seeing some great activity on here regarding undergrad LDPs and it's great to see. However, I haven't seen too much recently on graduate/MBA level LDPs and FLDPs. I saw a question back in 2013 on what was out there, but my question is more so the reputation and compensation of these programs. The only program I have seen specific comp data for is Amazon:

Shout out to @i hate audit for posting this originally.

Base: 130k
cash sign-on: 90k (50k in year 1, 40k in year 2)
stock sign-on: 95k vesting over 4 years (5/15/40/40)

assuming no increase in base salary and no stock appreciation (LOL), comp for years 1-4 looks like this:

Y1: ~185k
Y2: ~185k
Y3: ~170k
Y4: ~170k

From what I have seen and heard, Amazon's FLDP is pretty good because of the interaction one has with business partners in other functional areas. However, I don't think there is enough transparency regarding what areas you can have rotations in.

Anyways, does anyone have data and/or experience in any MBA FLDPs or even non-Finance MBA LDPs? I am targeting a mix of both.

My focus is the Northeast but would like to hear from everyone :)

Heard good things about Danaher, Fortive (spun off from Danaher), and Dow. Sounds like TC > $200k for all of these, with a track record of LDP grads getting P&L responsibility pretty early on if not immediately after the program.

Dow interviewed on campus at my program (non-HSW M7) for their LDP internship but I don't think anyone landed there this summer...
